When to use it
Use it to repair page order, remove unwanted pages, rotate scans, duplicate a template page, insert blanks for duplex sequencing, replace pages, or apply simple crop and resize operations within one working copy.

Clean, fast interfaces designed for everyday productivity.
One workspace for reorder, delete, duplicate, rotate, insert blanks, replace, page numbers, crop, resize, and watermark — powered by Dockzio's existing PDF engines. Edit in memory, undo freely, then download once.
Upload a PDF, select pages, and apply operations from the toolbar. Drag thumbnails to reorder. Every change updates the live preview and is stored on an undo stack. When you're done, download the working document once.
Some panels use a simplified settings subset versus dedicated tools (for example text-only watermarks, crop presets, and common resize sizes). Open the focused tool when you need the full control set.
Page cards are keyboard-focusable. Space or Enter toggles selection; arrow keys reorder. Undo, Redo, and Reset are always available from the operations bar.
Everything runs locally in your browser. Your documents are never uploaded to a Dockzio server. Password-protected PDFs are not supported yet — unlock them first.
Practical guidance
The workspace combines common page-level operations so you can make a sequence of changes in memory, review them, and export once.
Use it to repair page order, remove unwanted pages, rotate scans, duplicate a template page, insert blanks for duplex sequencing, replace pages, or apply simple crop and resize operations within one working copy.
For a duplex packet with a new divider, insert a blank after page 2, replace the outdated page 5, rotate the landscape appendix, then confirm the resulting thumbnail order before downloading. Undo lets you inspect each decision without rewriting the source file.
Page selection determines which operations apply; thumbnail order determines export order. After export, compare expected and actual page count, confirm front/back sequencing, and spot-check every replaced, cropped, resized, or rotated page.
Crop and resize affect page geometry and can change how content sits relative to trim. The combined workspace intentionally offers fewer settings than dedicated tools. Forms, bookmarks, signatures, layers, and other advanced PDF structures require separate verification.
